- first real version of the city, with basic regions and fully working planes A & B
- fixed and updated the minimap
- fixed the foot graph generation, this improve perfs and remove lot fo glitches
- removed the fuel usage, it was irritating and the final gameplay is not defined yet
- removed some unecessary options
